Gemshipping request

Ryou smiled happilly as he played in the sand, ignoring the fact that he was alone, he got to play and he was happy about that. he blinked then pouted when another male walked towards him and kicked his sand castle down, spraying sand in his face then ran away laughing. Ryou whimpered and started crying rubbing his eyes. "L-Leave me alone." he sobbed.

After a few minutes another male walked by, noticing the young child sitting alone in the sandbox. He walked over and knelt beside the boy. "Are you okay?" he asked. Ryou blinked, hearing a deep voice and he looked back at the man with teary eyes. "J-Joey kicked my castle down." he whimpered, slightly scared by the large scar under the man's eye.

Akefia frowned. "Well that's not nice." he said softly getting down by the destroyed pile of sand and digging a new hole. "Would you like me to make you a new one?" he asked. Ryou blinked then smiled a little. "O-Okay. T-thank you mister." he said smiling and helping Akefia with the digging and patting up of a new castle.

Akefia smiled an fixed the stairs then sat up. "How that?" he asked smiling at the little boy. Ryou smiled brightly. "Thank you mister." he said hugging the man happily. Akefia smiled and patted the child's back. "I cant stand to see a poor child crying. Why are you alone?" he asked.

Ryou pouted. "I don't have any friends." he said softly. "And daddy's in Egypt." he mumbled. Akefia frowned. "You're all alone?" he asked. Ryou nodded. "Daddy put me in a foster care center before he left." He said pouting. Akefia frowned then sighed. "Would you like to stay with me?" he asked. Ryou blinked and frowned. "I-I'm not supposed to go off with strangers." he said frowning.

Akefia smiled softly and took the boy's hand. "I'm Akefia. I like cats and I live alone. I work as a secretary at a children's daycare and i sometimes foster orphan children until they get a good family of their own. Nice to meet you." he said shaking the child's small hand. Ryou blinked then giggled. "I guess were not strangers anymore." he giggled letting the man pick him up.

Akefia smiled softly and brought the boy to his large comfy home filled with artifacts from his old home in Egypt. Ryou looked around in awe and smiled. "I like your house." he said smiling when he was set down on his feet and he looked around. "Whoa Akefia! What's this?" he asked holding up the Millennium Ring. Akefia blinked then smiled a little. "it's magical." he said putting the golden ring around the boys neck and it hung to his belly. Ryou smiled and touched the gold thing. "Really?" he asked. Akefia nodded. "I'll let you have it but you have to take good care of it. It'll protect you when you're older." he said tapping the boy's nose gently.

Ryou giggled and pressed the man's hand to his forehead and nuzzled it. Akefia blinked and smiled running his lang fingers through the boy's long white hair. "Good boy. now come. lets get you to bed." he said smiling softly lifting the boy up when he yawned. "But i don't *yawn* wanna." he whined. Akefia frowned and patted his hair. 'to bed yo go." he said laying the child in his large bed and laying beside him.

Ryou mewled and crawled onto the mans chest and curled into a ball and sucked his thumb. "Thank you." he said nuzzling the mans chest. Akefia smiled softly and pet the child's hair. "Good night Ryou." he said softly smiling as he heard the boy relax and fall asleep.
